In My Quest Concierge we want to give our clients all the flexibility to change or cancel a tour.

For all the  reservations done directly with us via email or through our website, you can cancel or change the date of the tour free of charge until one day before at midday (noon, local time). After that time, changes or cancellations will have a fee of 100USD. And, if the change or cancellation is on the same day of the tour, we will apply a “no show fee” and charge 200USD.

If the reservation is made through third parties, we will respect the cancellation policies implemented by them.

To avoid any errors in our operation and to give you the best service, we have established a process where one day before your tour we send you an email to confirm your reservation. This email will ask you to check and confirm the tour that you booked, the pickup time and the pickup place or location. We will ask you to reply confirming the tour or with any change you would like to the reservation. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a second email with the information of your guide and the vehicle that has been assigned for you tour.

In case of Tropical Storm, Hurricane, weather problems or mayor force events, we can cancel or reschedule your tour without penalties. In most cases we will information you of the situation one or a couple of days before so that you can decide if you want to do the tour the next day, reschedule or cancel.
