In My Quest Concierge we want to give our clients all the flexibility to change or cancel a tour.

For all the  reservations done directly with us via email or through our website, 48 hours before your tour (two days before your tour), our customer support team will contact you to reconfirm the tour with you. If at this point you want to cancel or change the date of your tour, you can do it without a cost. If by 8:00pm of that day we haven’t heard back from you, we will consider that your tour is confirmed. After reconfirming your tour or after 8:00pm two days before your tour, if you want to cancel or change the date, it will have a cost of 150USD. If you cancel 12 hours before the start of your tour or if you don’t show up to your tour, we will charge a fee of 250USD.

If the reservation is made through third parties, we will respect the cancellation policies implemented by them.

In case of Tropical Storm, Hurricane, weather problems or mayor force events, we can cancel or reschedule your tour without penalties. In most cases we will information you of the situation one or a couple of days before so that you can decide if you want to do the tour the next day, reschedule or cancel.
