ARRIVING TO PARADISE

Your driver, a LOCAL EXPERT, will be waiting for you at the CANCUN AIRPORT with a warm smile. He will be located in the exit assign for travel agencies with a sign that has your name (please don’t worry about finding your driver, one day before your flight we will send you an email explaining how to exit the airport depending on the terminal of your arrival and we will send you the name and phone number of your driver). Feel free to contact your driver once you land. Remember that this is a PRIVATE transfer, that means the van is only for you and your party. Once you locate the driver, you will be ready to go.

If your flight is delayed, don’t worry we will be waiting for you as long as you needed. Stress free is our motto, relax, let us handle the stress for you. The reason why we ask for your flight number is so that we can monitor, in real time, your flight and know exactly when you land.

This private transfer normally uses a Volkswagen Transporter, however we offer upgrades to SUVs for an extra fee. If you would like to explore this option, please contact one of our local experts.

THE RIDE

Once you are ready, your driver will take off. We don’t want you to lose precious holiday time and so your driver will take you straight to your hotel or Airbnb. However, if you would like to stop for coffee, drink or beer just let the driver know and he will do the necessary stops for you. This service is complimentary, and the van has a cooler with cold bottles of water for you. The drive, without stops, lasts between 35 and 55 minutes.

Our drivers are local experts, charming, friendly and they will make you feel safe and comfortable. In addition to servicing all the hotels in Riviera Maya, we also service any AirBnB. Some AirBnBs are tricky to find, if you can ask your host to send you the Google Maps link of the exact location and share it with us so that we avoid any setback.

TRAVELING BACK HOME

This private transfer and the price that you see on the website are for a round trip, so the return is included. If you make the reservation online, you will receive an automatic confirmation for your arrival and we will personally send you an email to book your return. If you book directly with one of our local experts we will send you both confirmations together.

If you only need a one-way private transfer, we can do it from the Cancun Airport to Riviera Maya or from Riviera Maya to the Cancun Airport. For this option, please contact us directly to provide our rates for booking.

On the day of your return, your local expert driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel or AirBnB. Once you meet him, he will take you straight to the airport to arrive on time for check in (we recommend to leave from 3 to 3.5 hours before your flight so you don’t rush – consider that due to COVID, the process can take more time than usual). If you want to stop for some coffee, we can definitely stop to take away. If you would like to stop somewhere else before flying back home, please let us know so we can plan the pickup accordingly.
